Return Cost

Kim Larsen provides free returns for customers within the United States. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item at no cost within the specified return period.

30 Days to Return or Exchange

Customers have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange for an item purchased from Kim Larsen. The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Contact Kim Larsen's customer service team at info@kim-donaldson.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email for domestic returns. For international returns, instructions on how to return the item will be provided.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
• Affix the provided return shipping label to the package (for domestic returns) and drop it off at any authorized shipping location. For international returns, follow the provided instructions for shipping.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, Kim Larsen will process your refund or exchange within 30 business days.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs for international orders will be deducted from the refund amount.
